Your guys did a terrific job. My interest, however, is in seeing how the carpet holds up over the next couple of months. One of the chronic problems I've had with all carpet cleaning methods is how fast the carpet gets dirty again after the job. I've always attributed it to insufficient extraction of the cleaning material used. We were very pleased with the results of the cleaning performed by 1-800 DRYCARPET. We have lived in the house for many years and with pets and sons the carpet has been tested in many ways. Just want to say that the carpet looks great, and Mr. Clark and his assistant were so pleasant and easy to deal with. I saw their truck on my street while outside doing yard work and then they came and gave me a door hanger with a coupon. I looked them up online, liked what I read and scheduled an appointment. Nate Clark and his family arrived on time, measured the square feet to be cleaned, and gave the price. He then showed us the dry product and equipment used in the process. It took between 1 & 2 hours for the job to be completed. He then emptied the vacuum cleaner bag and showed me the residue from the carpet. Imagine my surprise when I put my hand in it and it was completely dry. The carpet looked brand new, even four oil stains had disappeared. I am sold on 1-800DRYCARPET and will never go back to wet carpet cleaning again. Crosby

I was very happy with my first visit from Dry Carpet. They were on time, their equipment looked brand new and they knew how to use it. The crew was very polite and were experienced technicians. They were also very thorough and did a great job. The price was right too. I will definitely have them back and got a bunch of business cards from them to pass on to family and friends. My previous experience with Carpet Cleaning was with Stanley Steamer and afterwards we decided to replace a majority of the carpet with laminate flooring. Before I scheduled I went to this section of your site and read the positive customer reviews. You exceeded my expectations. My carpet was cleaned incredibly well and we were able to walk on our carpet shortly thereafter. The carpet looks great. Without a doubt your Organic Process was an upside compared what we have done in the past. Our old carpet looks so good, we will not have to replace it this year after all. Vicky and Nate were so personable and did so much better than I expected. Nate and Vicky in Houston are wonderful. My almost white carpet looks like new again and it is 13 years old. They take their time and do a wonderful job. They even get down on their hands and knees and scrub around the baseboards. I am going to call them again when I put my house up for sale in a year or so to make it look great for potential buyers. After being disappointed with 3 other carpet cleaning companies, I thought I'd give Dry Carpet a try. I was extremely impressed from the time they showed up (on time!) to the time they left 3 1/2 hours later. I've had people come out and do the whole house, take 1 1/2 hrs., and leave with the carpet not much different from when they came. Dry Carpet only did 60% of the house, worked on it for 3 1/2 hours, and left with our carpet in better condition than when we moved in 6 yrs. ago! I honestly felt like they gave the same attention to our carpet that they would give their own. The staff was extremely professional and polite. I will recommend this company to everyone!!! Well, my husband and I did finally receive the promised spot cleaning kit--after posting on this blog and contacting corporate headquarters--thank-you DRYCARPET! This past weekend we had our carpets cleaned again--another beautiful job! However, they did not have any of the pet treatment product on the truck--we were VERY disappointed because we have three dogs and really began using DRYCARPET because of the good reviews given by other pet owners. We were able to purchase a bottle and they did make a trip to our home to drop it off as promised--thank-you! We recently purchased a home and had the carpets dry cleaned before we moved the furniture over. I had never used a dry cleaning service before, and was very pleased with the results. The carpets look brand new! I did not get my free dry cleaning kit for booking on line as the technician said they were "out"....so please sent it to me so I can keep my spot treatments in line with the dry cleaning technique! I had a pet that marked all over my house and I have had my carpets professionally cleaned several times. I paid about $700 to have my entire house of carpeting cleaned and each time, the smell eventually came back and I was in the same boat. We decided to move and were trying to get our house ready to put on the market. I was mortified that we would have to give a large carpeting allowance for the bad shape our carpeting was in in some areas. I was listening to the radio one day and I heard an advertisement for 1-800-DRYCARPET on a local Christian radio station (94.9 KLTY) and decided to give it a try. They came out the next day, measured the areas I asked them to clean and got started. The whole process took about 2 hours and ended up costing me only $225. I was able to walk on my carpet immediately and the smell is still gone (it has now been 3 months.) Even then little stains in the carpet near the entryway have not returned as they always have in the past. When my realtor came to look over the home she said the carpets looked amazing and we would not need to offer a carpet allowance at all! I love what 1-800-DRYCARPET was able to do for me and my carpeting. The only negative comment I have is that the little yellow crystals do tend to collect against the edge of the carpet and along where the carpet and other floor surfaces meet and not all of these were cleaned up when the team left my house. I simply got out my vacuum and hose and cleaned up the granules that got left behind. Not a big deal at all for what turned out to be the best $225 I ever spent on my carpets. I recently purchased my first home and had the carpets cleaned. I didn't realize just how dirty they were! After cleaning, new (and irremovable) stains appeared that, due to the dirt, weren't immediately noticeable. Also, the carpet was so soft that it left footprints when walked on!
